Dr. Joshua Sinai is Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at the Resilient Corporation www.resilient.com and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CRA www.cra-usa.net, in Alexandria, VA.
He is a veteran analyst in terrorism and counter-terrorism studies, having worked on these issues in the U.S. government, academia, and the private sector. He also specializes in active shooter prevention, with his book, “Active Shooter – A Handbook on Prevention” published by ASIS International in January 2013, and is being updated and revised for its second edition.
Dr. Sinai has published more than 80 articles and hundreds of book reviews, with many of them published since 2000 in “The Journal of Counterterrorism & Homeland Security International.” He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University.
