The CTSERF--a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit charitable organization--was founded because of the
increasing rise of terrorism and the lack of private resources to deal with the problem

Counterterrorism & Security Education and Research Foundation
 To develop EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS and materials that will enhance our understanding of the
causes of terrorism and the measures necessary to deter and combat it.
 To finance, develop, and disseminate
RESEARCH on terrorism issues.
 To provide EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS for those wishing to study terrorism.
 To provide HUMANITARIAN AID for the victims of terrorist attacks.
 To provide TRAINING to the general public, security professionals, and military/government
personnel in the field of terrorism, anti-terrorism, and counterterrorism.
Who Can Join The CTSERF
The CTSERF is open to individual members, corporations, and foundations that wish to participate in the fight against terrorism.
