The course was structured to improve co-operation between anti-terrorism agencies in the South Caucasus and strengthen regional security. The 32-hour Anti-Terrorism Officer course focused on developing response plans to terrorist attacks, protecting property and infrastructure against possible terrorist activity and contemporary methods for combating terrorism.

"The event aimed to improve the skills and practical knowledge of regional anti-terrorism officials and enhance co-operation between regional authorities in addressing terrorism," said Bogdan Catalin Udriste, the OSCE Mission to Georgia's anti-terrorism adviser.
